Andrew is an architect with 22 years of experience designing and delivering urban design scale projects.  He has worked both in the UK and Italy where he ran his own practice for 10 years. Andrew has a proven track record in delivering design focused schemes on sensitive historic sites using his organisational, technical and interpersonal skills.  He has developed skills in building trust between stakeholders including community engagement, local authorities and interest groups that facilitates gaining consents.  Andrew’s role involves bridging ADAM Architecture and ADAM Urbanism in order to ensure the efficient buildability of our urban design schemes.  Andrew is also active in promoting Corporate Social Responsibility in the workplace, having won the Architecture in Schools First Prize in 2019 engaging with Primary School children to conceptualise smart cities, and is an MPC Gender Champion.
