A new rural neighbourhood extension, immediately connected to the existing town centre and a distinct neighbourhood on the rural edge

The extension to Princes Risborough is a new rural neighbourhood of 24.7 hectares with 400 units with a mix of housing types and tenures. It provides opportunities for home working, productive landscape, integrated open space and creates a distinct local character. The varied streets and landscape spaces are safe and easy to navigate by pedestrians, cyclists and motorists. The neighbourhood will provide leisure and productive facilities for residents and the wider community. The location is a natural extension to Princes Risborough and the development will be at the leading edge of sustainable design, with energy generation and efficient transit to the town centre and the railway station.
