New development on the site of the former Jersey Dairy

The masterplan for 78 traditional new homes and 9 apartments on the site of the old Dairy in St. Saviour, Jersey will deliver a mixture of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom family homes in a variety of traditional styles. The design follows the traditions of nineteenth century domestic architecture. The housing is mainly 2½ storey terraced villas, with some 3 storey dwellings to mark key locations throughout the site. The development is grouped around a central green and crossed by narrow lanes. The variety of house styles, the articulation of the frontages and the mixture of informal and formal areas across the 2.58 hectare site create diversity and visual interest in the local landscape setting.
