Alderley Park is a 400-acre site, formerly the estate of the Stanley family and most recently Cheshire headquarters of global pharmaceuticals giant AstraZeneca. The site will contain 74 new traditional homes, ranging from two-bedroom townhouses to six-bedroom villas each individually designed with modern facilities, creating a place with its own distinctive character in the historic parkland setting. The Alderley Park scheme will also include a gastro-pub, farm shop and newly constructed sporting facilities including a gym, squash and tennis courts. Residents will also enjoy access to the estate parkland, woodland walks and the original listed walled gardens, arboretum, water garden and serpentine.
